It is important for each and everyone who is part of the labor force–an employee, a worker, laborer or manager, should know their rights and obligations with regard to all aspects of their employment. Keep abreast of the new developments in the labor force. Know your basic rights as an employee. Know about your company’s internal policies. For union members, be sure to attend meetings, at least the important ones, and take note of what is happening around you in the labor force.
